• 1. Pricing and Availability:

b) All product availability is subject to stock levels at the time of order placement.
c) Prices exclude Transportation, Permit and Clearance Fees unless otherwise indicated.

• 2. Order Confirmation:

a) Orders are confirmed based on the availability of stock at the time of order placement.
b) Prices quoted are valid for 48 hours from the time of quotation.

• 3. Payment Terms:

a) Payment terms are specified in the invoice or order confirmation.
b) Invoices are subject to change if there are variations in the quantity or specifications of the ordered products.

• 4. Terms and Conditions Variation:

a) Terms and conditions for each order are specific to the individual client's requirements as outlined in the order confirmation.
b) We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.

• 5. Indemnity:

a) The company shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, or other events beyond our control.

a) These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Zambia.
b) Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zambia.

a) All information shared between the company and the client shall be treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without the consent of the other party.
